Welcome to the New Zealand Venture 2019 Registration

Before you can logon you must create and activate an account, if you do not have an account please go to the Register New User section (see below or click here) and create your account. Once you have created your account (and activated it) log in and complete your actual application form.

Please note: Each Applicant must have a separate account, though the same email address can be used for multiple accounts.

  To register, in the relevant section enter your preferred Username, Password, email address and click Register. An email will be sent to your nominated email address with instructions detailing how to activate your account and complete your application.

To ensure the security of your personal data we enforce a strict password policy. Your password must be at least 8 characters (and no more than 20) and contain at least 1 Capital letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and 1 special character (excluding the apostrophe).

Privacy Notification
In compliance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Health Information Privacy Code 1994, the following matters are brought to your attention:
  1. This Registration Database and the Application Form collect information (including health information) about you.
  2. The information is collected -
    1. to decide whether you may be included in the Venture;
    2. to make arrangements for your participation and welfare should you be included;
    3. to enable the organisers of the Venture to plan for and organise the running of the Venture.
  3. The information you provide on the Medical and Dietary sections will be used by those responsible for your welfare or medical treatment at the Venture and access to that information will be restricted and disclosed accordingly.
  4. Subject to paragraph (c), the information collected will be used by authorised Venture staff for the purposes stated in paragraph (b).
  5. The information is collected by and will be held by the Scout Association of New Zealand, whose address is:
    PO Box 11348
    Wellington 6142, New Zealand.
  6. You have rights to access the personal information held about you and where necessary correct any information held.
  7. The Privacy Act 1993, the Health Information Privacy Code 1994 and associated rights applies even if you are attending the Venture from an overseas jurisdiction.
  8. Photographs will be taken at the Venture and may be used for publicity and marketing of this and future Scout events.

  I understand that this email address, and any other entered into the system, will be used to communicate with information about the Venture.
